Yes. Every piece is shaped in our own workshop, in small batches or one at a time. Slight variations in shape and colour are part of the character of the object.
Pieces in stock leave within 48 hours. For made-to-order work, allow 2 to 3 weeks; the exact lead time is shown on each product page.
Our packaging is reinforced, but if something does break, send us a photo within 48 hours: we will remake or refund the piece, with nothing for you to send back.
